Ms Susan Kahema populary known as Suzy is a mental health professional with over 14 years’ experience in mental health space both in psychotherapy, training and organizational psychology in Kenya and Asia Pacific.

She holds key interest in offering Wellbeing and Resilience Support in the Tech space. With heightened resilience levels and positive outlook towards life, she has supported and built wellness and resilience teams in diverse institutions. Staff growth and self-awareness is of great importance in her work.

In the course of the work life, Suzy has worked with Counselling and Training Institutes, Non-governmental / Humanitarian Organizations and Organizations within the Artificial Intelligence / Technology space and social networks. Suzy is the founder and director of Susan Kahema Foundation, with key interest on the mental health of children who are differently abled / special needs and children with chronic illness and their caregivers.
